Kaka Kings is a local pet-waste removal service. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to keep it short and readable rather than dense.

The only information we collect through this website is what you type into the quote request form and choose to submit. That may include:

• Your name, email address and mobile phone number
• Your service address, city, state and ZIP code
• Details about your yard, fence, gate access and dogs
• Your requested service frequency and start date
• How you heard about us and any promotional or referral code
• An optional link to photos of your yard that you choose to share
• Any additional notes you write
• Your consent selections

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this form. Please do not send them to us this way.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare an accurate quote, determine whether your address falls on one of our service routes, schedule your visits, and communicate with you about your service. Yard details and dog information exist so our technicians arrive prepared and so your dogs stay safe.

How we contact you

We reach out using the contact method you selected on the form. If you checked the optional marketing box, we may also send occasional service reminders, seasonal cleanup offers and promotions. You can opt out of those at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or simply telling us. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about your actual service.

How the form is processed

This website is hosted on Netlify, and the quote form is processed using Netlify Forms. When you submit the form, your responses are transmitted to and stored by Netlify, and we receive a notification. Netlify processes this data on our behalf as our hosting provider. You can review Netlify's own privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies unless and until we enable them. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so.

We do not sell your information

Kaka Kings does not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, such as our website host and, if applicable, our scheduling or billing software, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we reasonably need them to follow up and to maintain our business records. If you become a customer, we keep your service information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward.

Correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted. Contact us using the details below and tell us what you would like changed or removed. We will handle the request within a reasonable time. If you ask us to delete everything, we may need to keep limited records where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging service for their household or property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
