You generally do not need to be home. As long as the yard is accessible on your service day and your dogs are secured, we take care of it while you are at work, out with the kids, or asleep on the couch.

Questions
What people ask before signing up.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers are at work when we come. We only need the yard to be accessible on your scheduled service day and your dogs secured. You will get a completion notification when we leave.
What happens if my dog is outside?
Dogs must be safely secured indoors or in a separate area unless we have approved a specific arrangement with you in advance. Our technicians will not enter a yard containing an unsecured unfamiliar dog — that protects your dog and our crew. If we arrive and a dog is loose, we will contact you and reschedule.
What if the gate is locked?
The gate must be accessible on your scheduled service day. Leave it unlocked, share a code, or provide a key arrangement. If we cannot get in, we will notify you and return on your next scheduled visit. Repeated lockouts may be billed as a trip charge, and we will always tell you before that happens.
What happens during rain or snow?
Service generally continues in light rain and ordinary New England weather. Lightning, unsafe conditions and significant snow accumulation may require rescheduling. If we reschedule, you will hear from us the same day.
Do you provide service throughout winter?
Yes. Routes run year-round. Winter visits may shift by a day or two around storms and plowing, and we will keep you posted when they do.
What happens when waste is buried beneath snow?
Waste buried beneath snow will be addressed when it becomes visible and accessible. We do not dig through snowpack — it is not effective and it damages lawns. After a melt, we clear what surfaces. If a full winter has accumulated, a one-time Yard Rescue is usually the better first step.
What happens to the collected waste?
Collected waste is securely double-bagged and placed in the customer’s accessible exterior trash cart by default. Alternative arrangements must be approved before service begins.
Why is the monthly price the same in five-week months?
Membership pricing is based on an annual service schedule and divided into predictable monthly payments. Weekly members receive approximately 52 scheduled visits annually, while biweekly members receive approximately 26 scheduled visits annually. Your monthly payment remains consistent throughout the year.
What qualifies as a standard yard?
A standard yard is a typical residential property on a total lot of up to ¼ acre, with one primary accessible dog-use area. Ordinary grass, mulch, patio and fenced-yard surfaces are included.
We provide a simple custom quote instead of the flat rate when any of the following apply:
- Lot larger than ¼ acre
- Multiple separated dog areas
- Four or more dogs
- Heavy brush or significant obstructions
- Commercial or multi-unit property
- Excessive accumulated waste
- Routine service expected to require more than approximately 20 minutes
Do you offer twice-weekly service?
Yes, by custom quote. Twice-weekly visits are not a standard published plan, but they are available for multi-dog households and yards that fill up quickly. Ask for it on the quote form and we will price it for your property.
Is the initial cleanup included?
Not automatically. If a yard has significant accumulation, the first visit is quoted separately based on what is actually there. You will see and approve that number before we begin — it never shows up as a surprise on a bill.
Can I skip or pause a visit?
Yes. Pause for a vacation, skip a week, or change your frequency at any time. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Just give us notice before your service day.
Do you clean commercial properties?
Yes. We service apartment communities, condominium associations, HOAs, dog parks and runs, veterinary facilities, groomers and dog-daycare businesses. Commercial work is quoted per property based on size, traffic and visit frequency.
Do you service apartments, condominiums and HOAs?
Yes, through the property manager or association rather than individual residents. Common-area service and pet-waste station maintenance can be scheduled together. Use the commercial request button below and we will come look at the property.
What if I am unhappy with a cleanup?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and correct the missed area at no charge. If we cannot make it right, we will not charge you for that visit.
